Does it sound like a robot?
No. LeadResponse texts like a friendly office assistant: it introduces itself as your business, asks one question at a time, and tells the caller you'll be in touch, by name. It never quotes prices unless you say it can, and then only what you tell it.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You can keep your number and turn on your carrier's conditional call forwarding, so calls you don't answer go to us. Or advertise a number we give you: it rings your phone (and your team's) first, and only texts the caller if nobody picks up.
Will call forwarding work with my carrier?
Most cell and business phone carriers support forwarding unanswered or busy calls. We help you set it up and test it during onboarding.
Do I have to install an app?
No. Leads come to you by text, on the phone you already carry. Nothing to download or log into.
How do I get back to the customer?
You get a text with their name, address, the problem, and when they need it. Reply CALL and the lead number to get their phone number. Want to take over the conversation yourself? Reply PAUSE and their texts come straight to you.
What happens with an emergency?

Can my team get the leads too?
