Use a new number
Advertise the number we give you. Calls ring your phone (and your team's) first, and a text goes out only if nobody answers.
Keep your number
Turn on your carrier's conditional call forwarding. Calls you don't answer forward to LeadResponse, and the caller gets a text immediately.
Texting rules
Only people who contact you get a text
LeadResponse texts a caller only after they call or text your business, and only about the job they asked about. Callers can reply STOP at any time to stop texts from your business, or HELP for help. No marketing messages, ever. See our SMS terms.
